This sub-series consists of war diaries that Sydney Wise had separated by division. The war diaries look at divisions 1 through 4. The war diaries consist of in-depth information such as, location, date, hour and a summary of events and information. Another component of the divisional records is the summary of intelligence as well as operating orders. The summary of intelligence looks at such military aspects as, attitude of the enemy, artillery, trench mortars, machine gun and rifle fire, patrols, sniping, enemy movement, enemy defence and aircraft.

The fonds is arranged into 4 series: Performance clippings and programs (1940-1991); Scripts and notes (1952-1986); Songbooks and sheet music (1928-1989); and Correspondence and reference material (1947-1988).

Included are personal and official documents and mementos from Mr. Rodrigues' youth and early adulthood in Uganda, as well as numerous records detailing his involvement with ongoing commemorative activities of the Uganda Goans in Canada. Essays written by Mr. Rodrigues detailing contemporary life and conditions in Uganda provide further contextual historical information.
