Series is comprised of material created or accumulated by Lois Long during her time as X-Ray Operator on the Arctic supply vessel, C.D. Howe in 1955. Primarily, the fonds is comprised of photos taken both onboard the C.D. Howe and on land as well as Miss Long's diary of the trip.
