Carleton College football ephemera

The series consists of a leather Raven's football jacket, a Letterman "C", a beanie, a scrapbook with newspaper clippings and football programs from the 1953 season.

Diaries and scrapbooks

This series consists of yearly diaries kept by Richard Hoff, which detail his appointments, notes, errands, travels, observances, and other daily engagements and activities; they also contain ticket stubs and newspaper clippings, mainly in the form of obituary notices. In addition, there are nine German Language Club scrapbooks (1947-1986). These contain meeting and event notices and related newspaper clippings, posters, number of attendees at meetings, lists of club officers and exhibition notices. The Ottawa scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings from local papers about Ottawa and its history.

Chancellor

This series consists of one convocation robe, worn by Ramon Hnatyshyn at the convocation ceremony in 2002.

General files

This series consists of textual records created and accumulated by OPIRG in the course of their activities, from the 1970s through to 1994. Material from local chapters as well as provincial-level records are included as follows: organizational, planning and budgetary records; correspondence; reports; newsletters; press releases and issues sheets; meeting minutes and notices; event posters and leaflets; and press clippings and other historical documentation. Documents specific to OPIRG-Carleton include press clippings, Crosscurrents scripts and Charlatan articles.

Miscellaneous files

Series consists of correspondence, reports and clippings on various topics that did not warrant division into separate series. Included is one photograph of the Senior Administrator's Reunion of 1989. The records also include information on housing, development, and the Ruth and Dick Bell Lecture Series.

Correspondence

This series consists of correspondence produced, received and accumulated by W. McAllister Johnson in the course of his professional life and activities at the University of Toronto, including: his own research and publications; supervision of graduate students; committee, strategic planning, and administrative duties; research travel, and program planning and development. Correspondence with faculty and Archives and Research staff at Carleton University is also included.
