This series consists of textual material created, received and accumulated by the Canadian University Press in regards to Youthstream, the arm of Cameron Consultants of London Ltd., which provided national advertising to newspapers in The Campus network. Records include contracts, correspondence, financial reports and supporting documentation, as well as policy documents, minutes and agendas from Campus Plus board meetings held at annual Canadian University Press conferences. Minutes from the Youthstream members' board are also included.

York Administrative Centre

This series consists of: change orders, design & building notes, correspondence, building committee meetings and clarification sketches.

The York Regional Headquarters located in Newmarket, Ontario was completed by Douglas Cardinal Ltd. in 1992. The York Regional Headquarters consists of office, civic, and electoral spaces as well as space for the regional police department.

Writings and Memoirs

This series consists of documents, research material and other records created and accumulated by Dr. J. Gibson in the course of his career with Prime Minister W.L. Mackenzie King, and later at Carleton College and University. Included are invitations, correspondence, memoirs and other manuscripts, as well as the texts of addresses delivered and published journal articles. Copies of Gibson's So little time and 50 years on: a remembrance of William Lyon Mackenzie King are also featured, along with a bibliography of his works.

Working files

The series consists of files accumulated and created by Development and Alumni Services for administrative and publicity purposes. Records include correspondence, pamphlets, reports, biographical sketches, bulletins, newspapers, a report about the history of Carleton, newsletters from Carleton College and Carleton University, the constitution and by-laws of the Alumni Association and handbooks.

Women's health and advocacy: Publications and public engagements

Series consists of magazine articles, interviews and speeches accumulated by Maureen McTeer during her professional life as public spokesperson and educator. The material deals with issues of women's health sciences, gender equality and genetic sciences. Series also includes book reviews of McTeer's publication Tough Choices: Living and Dying in the 21st Century and a short biography.

Western Region of Canadian University Press

This series consists of textual material detailing the activities of the Western region of Canadian University Press (WRCUP) from 1973 to 2000. It includes financial and administrative records; conference reports and proceedings; regional newsletters; fieldworkers', regional staff and directors' reports; position papers; correspondence; recruitment and news exchange items.

W.B. Herbert's files

This series includes reports, correspondence, legislation, and other documentation used, created and collected by Dr. Herbert in his role as one of the charter members involved in the founding of Carleton University, and its ancillary bodies. Some student journalism essays (1949-1951) are also included.
